CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

 I apologize after an order is placed, No changes can be made to the order.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?                       

 We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are Final.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, all sales are Final!

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, PLEASE HELP!

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Dreamskinx will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

I RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM/S WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact Dreamkskinx@yahoo.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, so that we can address this issue. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must send a email to Dreamskinx@yahoo.com within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please log in to your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?

Yes, some of the products do have nuts in them. The products without nuts in them, are manufactured in close confines with other nut based products.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL?

Yes, all Dreamskinx products are made from natural ingredients.
